On this floor you have both the master bedroom with ensuite spacious bathroom including large walk-in rain shower and second bedroom and second bathroom, with walk-in shower as well.

The washing machine is in the utility room.

The stairs bring you to the sundeck with magnificent views on the mountains, the swimming pools and the sea. This solarium offers you sun loungers, lounge set and dining set, as well as an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower.
