The villa is located in the small but beautiful coastal village of San Juan de Los Terreros. This accommodation is set in a very quiet and relaxing location approximately 10 minutes walk from the blue flag beaches, shops and superb restaurants. From the garden and pool area you have wonderful views of the mountains. With an enclosed private garden, private swimming pool and parking for 2 or 3 cars you can be sure of a tranquil relaxing family holiday.  Several golf courses are within 30 minutes drive and a visit to the indredible Geoda [3km away] is a must.

• Spacious and comfortable Lounge/ Dining Room with sliding doors to outside eating terrace with table and 6 chairs. Warm/cool air conditioning. Wonderful views from both aspects.

• 32" TV with Spanish TDT channels

• Kitchen with hob, fridge-freezer, dish washer,washing machine,  microwave etc . Please note this house only has a small table top oven

• Shower-room [First Floor] with small shower cubicle, toilet and sink

• Access to second floor via staircase​

• Bedroom [second floor][Double bed] with large windows to provide summer breeze and views of the mountains. Ceiling fan. Access to small outside balcony

• Bedroom [Second Floor] [twin beds] with ceiling fan and airconditioning

• Shower-room [Second Floor] with shower cubicle, toilet and sink​

• Access to rear garden and private pool is via the main stairs to the house and down the driveway which can accomodate 3 cars​

• Outside covered terrace with 2 armchairs and sofa overlooking the pool.

• Brick built bbq [carbon only]

• Within easy reach of all amenities including the fantastic promenade and beaches.

• Private enclosed garden. 

• Private swimming pool with 'roman' stepped, easy entrance [7m x 5m] [Depth 1m-1.8m]. poolside shower
