The basement apartment is located in the small but beautiful coastal village of San Juan de Los Terreros. This accommodation is set in a very central location, very close to 2 fantastic beaches and approximately 10 minutes walk to the promenade, main beaches and superb restaurants. If you are looking for a private villa ideal for your family holiday, quiet during the day but close enough to beaches and restaurants, fully equipped, like a home from home then this is ideal for you. The house is accessed via 10 steps down into a large converted basement, nice and cool in the summer and cosy in the winter.
