GOLFSANJUAN S.L. manages a portfolio of properties valued at over €10 million and is the leading provider of management services for holiday homes in the charming village of San Juan de los Terreros on the stunning Almería coast.
We take the hassle out of property ownership by handling cleaning, changeovers, and regular maintenance, allowing second homeowners to enjoy peace of mind, no matter how far away they are.
As the number of second homeowners and high-quality self-catering properties continues to grow, so does the need for a trusted, locally based management company. GOLFSANJUAN S.L. fulfills this need by offering a comprehensive range of professional support services.

Company History
GOLFSANJUAN S.L. began in 2000 with the purchase of our first holiday apartment in San Juan de los Terreros. It quickly proved to be a successful rental, leading to the acquisition of a second villa. Initially, we managed these properties remotely, successfully renting them out through our own website.
In 2005, we relocated to Spain full-time, officially registering GOLFSANJUAN S.L. as a Spanish business and expanding our property portfolio. Around this time, other property owners began seeking our expertise for services such as pool maintenance, gardening, cleaning, laundry, keyholding, and rentals. This demand laid the foundation for the full-service property management company we are today.
With a strong focus on customer service and flexible services, GOLFSANJUAN S.L. quickly became a well-known and trusted company.
By 2007, we were managing over 30 holiday rental properties and second homes.
By the end of 2023, our portfolio had expanded to more than 70 properties, with a significant number of new clients coming through referrals from satisfied homeowners.
To better reflect the type of holidays we specialize in, we launched the SanJuanHolidays website. While we welcome golfers, cycling teams, and scuba divers—as well as winter visitors escaping the Northern European climate—our primary guests are families and couples seeking beautiful beaches and a peaceful retreat in unspoiled rural Spain.
